Repeatedly crashes or will not load
Won’t load, unable to even open app. When it has opened it’s kicked me straight out returning to home screen
Then have to log onto mobile/desktop. Far from convenient. Reported to school admin who simply say “just use desktop” .... therefore... I’ve found this to be a total waste of time.
It only worked at download but had to again flick through multiple accounts and top each child up separately... WisePay in general is far from quick and easy. Should be able to select meal top ups and bus tokens for each child and pay a total balance rather than having to pay and order everything individually (meaning when the kids distract you it’s very easy to top up the same child twice)

Not sure why all the bad reviews.
Just downloaded the app in 60 seconds, entered online registration details in 30 seconds, paid for my son’s school trip and topped up his lunch money in another 60 seconds..
All works just fine and saves ALOT of the time I used to spend going online to get this all sorted.
Brilliant and efficient app even for me and I am so not a techy person..
Ps. I’m using the app an old iPhone 5 with the latest IOS and a decent WiFi connection. If the app is not working properly for you it’s not the app’s fault, more likely that it’s either down to your phone or your dodgy WiFi connection......
No use for more than one child
I have two children and therefore two accounts, but on the desktop version they are merged and I can switch between them to top up meal balances etc. Although far from perfect that works better than the app. I managed to register my account, despite having to guess at which name goes in which field, but unfortunately can only see one child. I can’t register another account as all the login details are the same, so the app is no use for my second child. Two simple requests please - one account for me with both my kids in, and a reminder I can set when meals balances are low.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
