Superb range of activities

I am really improving my form in both outdoor running and dumbbell training

Feel like there is of activities to choose from. This evening I only had 20-25 mins to do some exercise... I had a look at the available videos and chose a beginners dumbbell workout. There was a guided warm up, beginners dumbbell training and cool down - amazing. I feel that having the audio cues and video is brilliant.
feel likes there's loads to explore in this app, I pay monthly, great value.

Simple and easy - but hard work!

The app is so simple and easy to use, I’ve been on for a few weeks and have completed a body weight beginners course and am now part way through another one and a yoga course.

I never found time to go the the gym by 20 minutes in your living room a few times a week is so achievable and I have already noticed results!

Also love the 3D rending of the activity, if you haven’t heard of it before you can check your form

Very impressed

I saw this reviewed in The Telegraph on Saturday. It appealed to me because trying to watch a video on you tube and doing it at the same time is quite hard. I selected my programme (lean II) and started it tonight. Really enjoyed it. 20 minute Tabata which was tough. It’s like being in a class. Easy to do wherever you are so no excuses!

Only request from me to developers - can you do a ‘mark as complete’ button on exercise as I did my own cool down - need a bit more of a stretch at age 53 so it thinks I didn’t finish it.
