Loyalty card issues
Loyalty stamp is not appearing after being applied. I am preferring the old way of doing it. I’ll need to pop back in and have someone try and apply my stamp again and hope the system works.
Stamps were not collected
I redeemed stamps once and collected another 3 afterwards but I just notice that my most recent at least 4 stamps were not collected at all. Usually the stamps doesn’t show up immediately so I never bothered to wait for it to show up to leave the counter, also considering there is always a long queue during lunch hour. Only noticed it today when I logged in again. Disappointing.
So far no good!
Despite several attempts, no sign of any confirmation email so can’t login. Hope the food will be better than the tech
