Poor location support
They deliver even to Valakampiai, which is I’d say quite a remote area of a capital, but when it comes to my neighbourhood they say it’s too far from them. Arguments was it’s up to 5km for restaurant to my location, I have hesburger in 3.8km from me... while in valakampiai nearest place would be around 7km apart. And guess what there are more houses in there and couple of office blocks that’s why they go there. What a pathetic service, they only go to rich neighbourhood.
And I had one more situation. There’s a neighbourhood which is industrial, and plenty of restaurants around, after they failed to find my address once then stopped delivering to that location. How fair is that? I’ve requested to delete my account right away.
Best food delivery app out there
This is hands down the best food delivery app out there. You can customise your food order down to the last detail, the app gives a live countdown until your delivery is made, and there’s even a game you can play by tapping on the timer! It has a lot of finer points that other apps simply lack. For a streamlined, seamless food delivery experience, use Wolt.

Barely any restaurants delivering to my area
Used to be a great app, expensive delivery but very easy to use and great service. Recently, all my favourite restaurants have stopped delivering in my area, which left me with a maximum of 15 restaurants to choose from, all pizza or kebab and I’m a vegetarian. The delivery was sometimes extremely delayed (even up to 1h late) and I was given credits to use for my next orders - you should be honest about the delivery time as maybe I have plans after eating instead of waiting around for my order. I contacted them twice about the restaurants options getting smaller and smaller, but they never did anything about it. I’ll never order again from Wolt, especially since I found other online places for food delivery which are cheaper and more honest about the delivery time. Of course, not so great UX & UI design, but as long as I get my food in an honest time, it’s cheaper and I can choose from 50+ restaurants, who cares?
