The WH TRANSFORM training programme is: 12 weeks split into 3 phases.
You'll start by doing three workouts a week:
• Upper body session
• Lower body session
• Full body session
• Then tag on an optional conditioning workout
As you get fitter and stronger your workouts will get tougher.
THE BEGINNER’S PHASE
For those who have never stepped foot in a gym before, this phase is designed to prepare your body for the work ahead. Learn how to prep your muscles to train more effectively.

A great find, can't wait to start
Been looking for an app like this for a while, can't wait to start. Love WH & love Alice.
I love WH and Alice .... but this app needs work. It’s a great starter for 10 but seriously... going back and forth needs to be made much easier rather than forever clicking home. I took a look at the free one day plan... the food looked amazing but very limited information. I was also weirded out to see it on the left hand side in the menu bar... surely it would be an actual scrolling article or iBook.
I love you guys but up your game. You’re better than this.
Downloads keep disappearing
Now for the price I paid ( also have the Primal 9 addition) this should run smoothly and I have access when I want!
The downloads keep disappearing and I’m being asked to download again - this time they won’t download, so I’ve spent half a years gym contract, for nothing! I may add my WiFi is very fast and stable - I’d like a refund- I’ll stick with Primal 9!
