Terrible App and software
Avoid this system at all costs. The alarm goes off for no reason and often in the middle of the night despite being disarmed. Technical support isn’t great either.
On 6 occasions this week the alarm which I disarmed due to it bugging out has gone off.
To make matters worse it is very slow to respond to mobile app commands. The remote you’re given to disarm the alarm doesn’t work either.
The entire system is a shambles.
Easy to use & responsive
Loads up easily on my iPhone and once you’ve set up your account it responds straight away. Easy enough to navigate through the app and no problems setting up or using it.
Cape application
I guess the company is now out of fund and the application has stopped either debugging nor developing. The MPAN bug and everything on this app seem freezes for over a year
