The taxis are fine and arrive on time but the mapping is bad, often it shows my taxi is far away when it is actually here
Awful
Used the app 3 times in a week to try and order a taxi, only one actually came! The last one I ordered will be my last, I needed to get to the train station to travel for work so set a time for pick up the night before, it didn’t arrive at the time I’d set and in the end I had to ring Woods to ask when my taxi would be arriving to be told they were waiting for a car to clear and it wasn’t even on its way!! Never again!!!!
Great app
I love this app, especially how you can track the taxi to see how far away it is. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, simply because i have changed my phone number but in the profile area i cant change my phone number or email address. I need to change my number as im now not getting confirmation texts for when my taxi is booked and dispatched!!!
