Literally amazing, links with Apple Pay like a dream, this is the future, I am literally blown away.
Time drain for even the simplest tasks, gave up
This app was either rushed, underfunded, an ill fitting white label ... or designed by marketing. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t obligated to use it to book swimming. I wasted my time trying to find how to do some of the simplest tasks. The only thing I was able to consistently achieve was favouriting a venue, I can’t think of 1 reason why anyone would need to favourite a venue!? In the end I found it easier to work around by searching google and using the website ( also terrible outside of holiday bookings, the visitor/guest persona is a complete after thought at best ). Don’t bother, wrestle with the web site instead.
Due to the poor internet service impossible to use the app and order
The first day we tried we walked out as no table service we went somewhere else and had table service
We decided to give it another go after 15 mins we managed to get an order through
We usually use bar 51 everyday on our hols but not this time
The place is empty and not surprised as no one can order just watching a man. Ext to us with his phone to the window he has no internet you must have lost a lot of customers we probably spend about 300 to 400 pounds in a week here but being going elsewhere where they provide table service
Such a shame needs to be sorted out !
