Sadly redundant
The app itself isn't 'bad' per se, there just doesn't seem to be any point to it and the release seems rushed and unfinished with massive amounts if obvious function missing. You can't add project notes, or amend so many if the fields in your projects, stash and other areas. If you're out and about working in a project one of the most vital things you need is to be able to make notes. The Ravelry mobile site that uses in development surpasses this in terms if functionality and is being improved at a great rate with new features being added constantly. I gave this app a few months to improve but it's not proven to be any use, and the Rav mobile site both looks and performs better. And is free.
Used to be good, now forcing Facebook on you
I used to like this app - it wasn't perfect but it was handy on occasions for quickly checking my Ravelry stash and queue while out at a yarn shop.
Just tried to use it now to find it opened asking me to connect with Facebook and no option to skip.
As I don't want to connect to Facebook - not everyone in the world does - it's back to trying to use Ravelry on my phone's web browser. Not sure why they couldn't leave users with the choice to skip Facebook but there you go, app deleted
Great App
I really don't know how I managed without it, it is excellent, love the needles bit as I don't have to search my bag for what I need and I will never buy a needle I already have, which I have done a couple of times. I enjoyed taking pictures of my stash and adding to it and can see if a project needs new yarn or if I have it already. Love what you have done guys and look forward to updates :)
