Word Wars - Word Game 4+

I have been playing this game since June 2020 but lately it won’t load up when I try to go into it. It goes as far as looking for online players for me and then next thing I’m out of the game. I try loading it time and time again but the same happens all the time. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game which worked for a little while but then it kicked me out again. Did this a couple of times in the last few weeks. This last time I tried deleting and reinstalling it refuses to load up completely! How do I fix this as this is my most favourite online game?

The game itself I enjoy, especially being competitive! However, since only getting the game in February I have had nearly 20 game requests from men who have all messaged me and very quickly i could tell they were following some sort of script! The first 5 or 6 said they were in the US army on peace keeping missions, all had lost their wives to cancer 6 years ago, all were in their 50’s but had very young children being looked after by their in laws, all lived in nice costal areas of the US, all claimed to be from the US but very quickly grammatical errors were appearing in their text, all claimed to be lonely and looking for someone special, and all (most within less than 24 hours!) claimed I was that special someone!
One ended up asking me for money, and one (when he realised he wasn’t getting anywhere with me!) changed his profile picture from a 50+ year old looking man to an early 30’s looking man!
It’s a shame that you can’t report these people, only block them, because they’re ruining the pleasure of an otherwise enjoyable game.... hence only 3 stars.

I’ve complained many times (see below) about how buggy this programme is but today takes the biscuit. After crashing on my first word I logged back in and it gave me seven W as my tiles - checked tiles left and there was another W still to play! If you don’t believe me I have screenshots to prove it. Sorry to all but it’s goodbye from me.

Program now crashes every time I try to play. Hard reset of iPad and it will work occasionally, but haven’t been able to play for last two days. Now crashing every time despite hard reset. Can’t play at all. Think I might have to say goodbye to this game. Can anyone else actually play this game? I have now been unable to play for four days. No other game crashes when I try to play. This one crashes every time after ‘finding online players’ and I chose an opponent. Blurb claims that they update regularly to ‘smooth’ online experience. Perhaps someone could just try and make it work.
