Shame!
It’s a great word game, looks simple but can be quite challenging. No complicated rules! What I like is the fact that words are chosen which, although in everyday use, are not always obvious. My gripe is the amount of adverts!!! Yes you can stop them for 30 days, but for me that is not good enough. There is. I thing worse than being focussed on such a good game than for it to be interrupted by adverts - which are not targeted at me - and certainly inappropriate for a 70 year old pensioner. Shame!
Worst glitchy buggy crashing app ever
I LOVE this game and if only I could play it without the app crashing every 5-10 minutes. I understand the need for adverts the game is free afterall and I’m used to playing games with adverts in them but these just crash all the time and you can’t even exit the ads correctly. For such a simple graphic word game it should run fast but no it gets slower and slower, even with no other apps running at the same time. it’s impossible to achieve more than a 20 * streak because that’s when the app dies. I’m sure this could be easily fixed. The ads I’ve seen on other games don’t crash but exact same ads really hinder and prevent game play on here. I hope the developers find my comments useful and fix these glitches soon.
Suggested improvement
I enjoy this game a lot and would otherwise give 5 stars. Could I suggest a ‘scratch board’ where words can be tried before being submitted. A bit like the scrabble board where you can move pieces about without a word being played
At the moment any complete words filling all of the spaces are deemed to have been played and this does not allow you to play with letters to help your thinking - unless you have a pen and paper to hand.
Otherwise this is a very good game and the fee for no adverts is very reasonable and well worth the payment
