WordSynk Network is an app for linguists from thebigword, which combines interpretation and translation into one functional platform that allows you to deliver all services on your device, on the go.

This application bridges the two language services and uses best-in-class technology to provide notifications that alert you when you have any new assignment opportunities.
It also gives you the option to add additional security by linking your profile to an authenticator app (2FA).

Within the app, you can view your bookings, receive and accept assignments, invoice for the assignments you deliver and update the information on your personal linguist profile whenever you want to – whether it be personal details, new qualifications or security certificates.

False notifications

Keep getting notifications of new offers but when clicked on them it says offer has not been found. Also, offer history is not showing , not able to update my location, says location cannot be found.

Absolutely useless, it completely defeats the object

This is about the “new version”
I would like to ask the “developer” what’s changed that’s good, and then I’ll tell them what’s changed that’s bad or worse than it was in the previous versions.

-can the developer reply here by telling me what’s the point of asking me if I want logging in by fingerprint reading or face recognition IF it’s asking me for a password EVERY SINGLE TIME it stays more than 5-10 minutes as it logs out ? I can answer that, NO POINT !
-previous version used to crash, and say that there’s a fault, this does the same
-no notifications, when new jobs come in, not had them before, not existent now
-they put translation Jobs in the same app, WOW, WHAT A HUGE BREAKTHROUGH ACHIEVEMENT (sarcasm alert)
-they still don’t show detailed information of jobs that are still due to be authorised, I have to go on the portal to see that, major inconvenience
-I’ve been on about this forever, the font of the job number (incidentally when you call the helpdesk about a job they always ask you that very thing) is too small and way too faded, it should be an easy fix, I feel like I’m asking them to shout themselves in the foot.
The list can go on and on and on .... but I think everyone has got the point already

Disaster

The new version of the app is a complete shambles. None of the advertised features are working. I can see no offers, no past jobs, no jobs to be invoiced, etc. The screen is completely blank like the proverbial 'tabula rasa'. A month on, after numerous emails to the technical support team and Customer Intelligence, there has been no change. The response from 17 Dec. reads: "This is a known issue with the app that our developers are working to fix, you can however see the offers if you login using a web browser." It begs the question, if it is a known issue why does it take so long to resolve? It's mind boggling that the responses to the comments posted here express so much optimism rather than acceptance of complete failure on the part of the developers.
