A great app to keep you updated about other timezones

I've been using this app for some time now, and it does its one task - keeping you updated about other timezones - well, and with the minimum of fuss.

In all the time I've used it, I've had no issues with it. The one time I had to contact their support (due to user error on my part), I was helped quickly, and dealt with in a friendly manner.

I've also enjoyed seeing useful new features added, like the recent addition of a second-hand, and can't fault the price either, which is very cheap for such a good/reliable app.

Really good

The app is simple, clean and functional—exactly what I wanted. Only issue that was stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that the app's clock consistently seemed about 1 second behind the iPhone system clock. This is especially evident if showing seconds on the digital clock homescreen widget, but even if you're not showing seconds, it was jarring to notice at the change of each minute that the widget lags the system time in the top left.

Update: This seems to have been largely fixed, so now it's a clear 5 stars 🙂

Thanks for the kind words! The occasional “lag” in the time seems to be unavoidable, unfortunately. Widgets in iOS 14 are very limited, and one limitation is that iOS ultimately decides when the widget updates and sometimes it lags a little behind. You may notice the same issue with *Apple’s* Clock widget! That said, I will of course do what I can to improve the lag, and hopefully future iOS updates will fix it. I hope that makes sense. Sorry, couldn’t help myself 😅 I can’t believe iOS doesn’t come with a digital clock in StandBy… what is this, 1955?! Anyway this app has a bunch of attractive digital clocks you can add to StandBy; especially useful if you work with people in other timezones are the multi-clock widgets. I just upgraded to thank the developer for making this app 🙌
