This is a fantastic game I play it all the time, however my rant isn’t about spare parts, but is about the price WG charge for premium tanks. one tank at tier 8 for example the IS 6 costs about £25 it is a good tank, but is not worth £25, the 2017 Blitzfair was atrocious, for both prizes and crates, now that being said the game is probably better than 1 star, however WG are just constantly raising their prices, so for anyone playing this game who doesn’t want to pay is seriously hindered, I would like to see the: pricing changed, purely because it is too expensive for “free-to-play” players and they struggle to make credits past tier 7 consistently due to higher shell costs and maintenance of the tank,I would also like to see an increase in tanks, though this isn’t nearly as important as the pricing, again, don’t get me wrong I love this game and have spent money on it but I really would love to see this game last a long time and if WG continue to power-creep their tanks and increase prices for mediocre tanks, the game, simply, will not last, but download if you haven’t it is a very good game and fun if you like multiplayer or even single player, I would definetly recommend it if all of these prior mentioned issues are fixed, have fun guys :)

Very good game but also very elitist

Been playing now for 6 plus years. Great game if you play it right. I’m 66 and found it a bit difficult to learn. I’m at 47% win rate and that’s generally scoffed at. Even though I’m now a 55-60% but once you’ve played a few thousand games it’s impossible to get above 50. The “pros” will slag you off but they stupidly don’t realise that without those who aren’t so good at the game they wouldn’t have the stats they do! A little while ago WG changed the matching making so the you tended to play players of your own skill level and guess what? All these “elite” players suddenly found their stats dropping because they weren’t killing the lesser players, they moaned and groaned so much that the old match maker was reinstalled so they could keep their stats up by beating lesser players again. If you can put up with these elitist whining idiots then play the game and enjoy the nuances of the different tanks. If you really want good stats play a couple of thousand games then start again. Or for be called a noob and dissed!
UPDATE: WG have responded but clearly haven’t read my review properly. I said the MM was skill based for a while s couple of years ago and they changed it back because the do called experts didn’t like playing skilled players despite the fact that they always moan about the less skilled players

About the paid content

I have been playing this game on and off for 6 years, I just love it. Sometimes updates would bring not pleasant changes to the controls, but it would be fixed with the other update. I managed to enjoy this game without spending great amount of money. I remember, I bought one tank once, because I was curious about the difference of the tank for cash vs free tank. Well, I didn’t think it was worth it, so I kept playing without spending. I have managed to accumulate gold for watching videos and bought few tanks with it, which was great. My rating is over 60%, I play occasionally, frequently deleting this game, as it is too addictive and time consuming. It´s great that such high quality games are available for free.
BTW I decided to write this review after reading titles, like “Rigged to get you spend money”. In my opinion, this type of reviews is nowhere close to the truth. First, you have to keep in mind, that this game has to be profitable somehow, as it costs to make it. Second point is, you can get your elite tanks for free, if you are patient enough. And the last, you can still enjoy playing and winning more then half of the times with free tanks.
