Good App with room to improve the user experience
This App is ideal for those that like to follow a program. I’ve bought the worlds fittest book in hard copy and e-copy and this compliments it. What i would like to see would be be a facility to input your 1 rep max so you know what to put on the bar on each day. It would just make using it so much easier and a more personalised experience. I also use a Garmin Fenix 5 and it would be great to be able to insert the workouts onto that...
Loving this app! Although it’s tough!
Discovered fitness a bit late in life, having done the men’s health transformation last year. Still been doing the gym since and am in the best shape of my life, but have been struggling with keeping my gym routines fresh and therefore interesting. It was all getting a bit samey and I needed to breathe a bit of life into it. So am really enjoying this app. It’s so varied, and have seen changes to my strength in just a few weeks. It’s pretty hardcore for someone like me, but you can pare it back like I do so it can suit your own fitness levels. But it’s really easy to follow. Recommend everyone to give some of it a try
I was hoping for some training programmes which finally infused serious strength training with endurance sports (eg running a marathon, doing a triathlon etc) Basically I was hoping for some enlightenment to how Ross actually trains, and keeps the ability to go distance in the run, the swim and on the bike yet keep a solid bodybuilders physique. With the strength to back it up! Sadly not. Unless he’s truly gifted with a body like that he clearly trains for both. Not like these programmes he has set out in the app. He talks about being fit and fast for sports like running, yet there is no running in the programme 👎 I enjoy marathons and I also love a dumbbell so for me this app was not the solution I was looking forward to.
