No Bluetooth connectivity at all 😡

So I’m about ready to roll and the whole point of getting these scales was the phone app, and Bluetooth connectivity, of which there is none. I’m using an iPhone 11 on the latest iOS, the Bluetooth is switched on, but it never sees the scales, and an error comes up on the app itself, it says to wait for the scales to go off and then try again, but frustratingly this does absolutely nothing. I’ve sent an email via the “contact us” for help feature, I’ll see how I get on there ☹️

Double measures

So I thought this app was quite good until now. I have been using the app with the scales for around four months at the start of the year. I’ve then been just using the scales without the app for a while, I didn’t think anything of this other than it’s not recording it. Today I jump on the scales and record a weight of 10.2.5 BF 27.0 BW 53.2 BM 6.6 MM 35.3 BMI 23.7. It seems you can’t connect the scales during a weigh-in so I get off and connect them, only to receive these readings when I stepped back on: weight 10.2.5 BF 27.1 BW53.1 BM 6.2 MM 33.3 BMI 23.8

Strange I thought so I weighed again without the app and receive the first set of readings again. Then got off connected the app and tried again, I then receive the second set of readings again. I did this several times.
So it appears you receive a different set of readings depending on whether the app is connected to the scales or not. Not helpful!
Now I question which reading is right… who knows maybe Weight Watchers or Conair can give me an answer or better still sort the problem out 🤷🏼‍♀️

Brilliant for all my Basic info.

I’m not sure why everyone is moaning about these scales.
A lot of the complaints were people not knowing how to connect to HEALTH on i phone, or use the old weight measures, but both these options ARE doable, if you check it out.
I’m Just a normal woman, trying to be healthy.
I use them several times a week, and have had them for around a year.
I open the App. Tap scale, and they connect within seconds. Stand on. Wait till I’m told to get off. All info is then on the graphs.
I look at each section in turn, and find it easier to notice what’s going on with myself, if I tap monthly, to view the graph.
It’s clear to read. Clear to understand.
I would be devastated if I did an update and lost all past data when doing an update. But obviously in a year, I have done many updates, and all my data is still there.
I’m very happy with them.
I went to doctors recently, who weighed me, and I was same weight as these showed. So I think quite accurate.
I do use my glasses coz some numbers are written so small. No biggie.
I’m very happy.
