Simple and easy to use

Simple to use, filters are helpful for narrowing down the search area and available hotels. The offers are quite good, however, the app can be a little glitchy when trying to process the deals and offers with a page not found error. Otherwise a great app.

Frustrated

Crap keeps locking my account saying password incorrect (when it is not) frustrating. When trying to book calendar don’t show the full month ie September finishes on the 28 so frustrating 😖

Disappointing

I signed up weeks ago to get both me and my partner as rewards members. Every time I try to book him a room using the app and the discount an error comes up on the page meaning we have to book at the normal rate. I wanted to book him a room for the Days Inn Durham for tomorrow night (1st March) but have had to now find him another hotel miles away from where he needs to be! I was so excited when we first signed up as thought the points and discounts would come in handy but had been more effort then it’s worth!
