The app has a feature where you can insure a trade against losses for a small fee. You pay a premium, and if the trade loses money, they are supposed to refund your original stake. I tried it on a trade, the trade lost, and the insurance never paid out as it was promised. Support claims that specific market conditions were not covered by the policy, which is a vague excuse not mentioned anywhere in the terms I read. This feature is pure bait. They happily take your premium with no intention of ever honoring the insurance, creating a risk-free profit for themselves from your losses. The terms are intentionally written to be so ambiguous that they can always invent a reason to deny a claim.

Still learning the whole trading scene and this app's taught me a lot, it's simple to use and looks fantastic. The buy/sell options work fast on the trading list but I'd be more comfortable if it had a quick buy/sell option from the full screen chart, also the Close option on the full screen chart is too slow, u get redirected through two screens before u can choose to close but by that time u could of gone back into a loss or at least took less profit, it's the only thing that makes me think when I'm ready to deposit real cash I might go with another app. Other than that I can't see a fault with it.

After the recent update the Ui is more user friendly and the app is slowing getting better and better with the implementation of 2fa I’m here to stay only wish they could add more features such as trading options etc etc, but there is a clear difference between now and when I first got the app 2 years ago, haven’t done business anywhere. I like the app and its ui and another feature then need to implement is faster withdrawals !

While this would never be able to fully replace the desktop experience using MT4, this is as close to full featured as you could hope for, with a great UI, excellent response time in opening / closing orders and a wide range of tools to support analysis. One area for improvement would be on the notifications. While you can set notifications to alert if a TP or SL order is executed, it would be even better to have alerts indicate when pending orders are opened. Overalls an excellent application.

Not user friendly interface with a lot of missing basic features… Easy to fund the account… no bugs.As soon as you want to withdraw anything the process is far from being straight forward… they intentionally implemented bugs at each step of the process… sometimes without shame (as one of multiple examples, their website say clearly that you can upload bank statement in form of image, … as soon as you do it they tell you it should be pdf, once you upload the pdf the website doesn’t react… and you are stuck).I do not understand how this app go 4.7 stars? May be they paied million of 3rd country people some money to to write lies on app store!! Really a bad choice!!It’s been now 1 week that I am trying to withdraw money (i didn’t put much as I wanted to test withdrawal first… I think I did well, because I am far from being sure to get back that money ever!).

Have been using XTB for years now and this new products they have release is golden. Great customer service as well, only investing company I can call and actually talk to a real person when I need something! 100% recommend.
