Terrible since new update and untrustworthy!
Only had these installed in my new property about a month and was working fine. Loaded quickly and allowed me to view within seconds. It’s just had an update and now I cannot connect to the cameras while out. It does eventually connect but takes a few attempts.
I attempted to connect today while in work and found that it was someone else’s camera that came up on my viewer.
This is very disturbing if you ask me, one of my cameras are inside my property so I can only imagine someone may be watching everything. This is now being removed and put outside, I was doing this anyway but I’ve now done it straight away.
This needs sorting ASAP.
Problems since last update
App was working fine before the last update, now when my cameras load and I switch SD to HD I get kicked out of app and have to re login. (Very frustrating)
