Choose the right service class for you
Reach your destination at the right level of comfort and price for you. Choose from several service classes. Economy is awesome for when you need a ride fast. Comfort lets you sit back and just enjoy the ride. And The Fastest is the best in case when the service class doesn’t matter and you just need the closest ride available!
Ride safely
Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see info about the driver, such as their name and rating, and will be able to share your route with whomever you like so they know where you are.
Smart destinations
Yango will suggest destinations for your rides based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common request on weekday evenings. Ride the smart way!
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes everyday life super easy. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.
Request rides for close ones
Show you care by requesting rides for friends and relatives. Get your mother to a doctor’s appointment, book a ride to pick up your special someone, or get each of your friends a ride home after a night out. You can request up to 3 cars at once.
Refer friends and get discounts
Invite friends to try Yango and save together. Share your personal promo code, get a discount on your next ride and grant your friend with an extra discount on their first ride. It’s as easy as that.
Meet Delivery - it's like a taxi service, but for your packages
We've also built in a fast delivery service into Yango - use Delivery to quickly send personal packages or even business orders by courier anywhere in the city. Delivery is suitable for any item that can be transported by scooter or car.

Stopped working
Love the app and the fact it has a fixed cost for each ride, however recently the app has stopped working for me and someone else. When I am not on WiFi it just says "checking" under your address and cannot. Still giving 5 star as sometimes tech issues happen.

Keeps connected to your Location after it was deleted and support doesn’t help
Last week I downloaded the app as an alternative to other apps and to learn more about it. I set up an account but I had other rides available.
I deleted my account and the app yet I keep seeing on the top of my screen that Yango keeps accessing my Location after a few days of it being deleted.
I’ve tried re-downloading it, setting up the account again etc. Nothing has helped.
I asked support for help but they keep saying they can’t help me because my email address is not linked to the account?
Well, yes it is but more importantly…
How is this relevant?
It’s like asking you to show me how to unplug a computer from the power source and you can’t tell me “press this button” or “pull out this cord from this socket” because you need my email address??
Unless I don’t get something, I see no reason why I can’t get Support to help me solve it??
I’m concerned about privacy safety of this app and also it’s bad on the battery. I will keep investigating this issue with Yango and Apple until this is fixed.
Used to be great, now very difficult to understand the logic…
I have had the app for over 2 years now. The good and still important point is that you clearly see the fare for each ride.
Now unto the weird…
Why is it that when you request a ride, Yango always must assign you the farthest car which is already on another ride? Why is it almost systematically that you have to wait 10min or more? Meanwhile when requesting the ride, you can still see cars much closer to your location than the one Yango will assign. Been wondering if it is to inflate the ride prices but overall it does not make much sense… anyway, almost always a wait of 10min or more now. Another is that some drivers systematically do NOT have change and are very happy to NOT inform you, unless you ask for it… it’s simply *polite* to at least say you don’t have change. Driver etiquette should be mandatory.
Yango, you can do much better!
