Version 4.2.1

Version 4.2 features native iPad, phonebook and attended transfer support amongst a host of minor improvements and features.

- iPad Support. With native iPad support, users of Yay.com can not only run multple devices for their same Yay.com user, but their iPad experience just got a whole heap better.

- Attended Transfers. Introduce the caller before connecting the parties with in app support for attended transfers. A long time feature of Yay.com, you can still chose between a blind (instant transfer when connected) or attended transfer giving you more choice on how you like to work directly from our app.

- Phone Books. Our app can now access and sync with any Yay.com phone book. So if you’ve integrated with your favourite CRM provider like Hubspot and Pipedrive or are simply just hooked into Google Contacts, you can now see and use all those contacts in the app.

Call Quality Good

First impressions are good from call audio

App Keeps freezing!!

The app just keeps freezing so I have to delete and re download all the time, it’s probably happened at least 20 times, when a call comes in on our standard work line via yay my mobile also rings through the app which is fine however when the call is answered it keeps ringing on my phone through the app, I have advised yay of the issue and they can’t seem to help which is very frustrating, my phone is an iPhone 11 Pro with the latest software.

Works fine on the phone

But no iPad version is a big let down. I would like the iPad to become my desk phone via the app, but it’s not there at all yet.
