2. Added support for call emergency via mobile number feature, which allows you to decide whether to call out from your mobile phone instead of PBX trunk when dialing the emergency number that is defined by the system administrator on PBX.
3. Optimized the Call Logs feature:
- Added support for synchronizing call log operations on Linkus Mobile Client with Linkus Web Client and Desktop Client, ensuring consistent record across Linkus UC clients.
- Added support for call queue agents to check call logs of the call queues that they service, as well as manage the processing status of missed queue calls on Linkus Mobile Client.
4. Optimized the callback experience for Voicemail and Recordings: When trying to call back, the call will be routed from PBX by default.
5. Fixed the Contacts issue: Failed to add phone contacts to PBX contacts.

lowbug ,

It's ok but needs work.

App is easy to use - has issues though.

When an inbound call is made to your desk phone and Linkus you can answer the desk phone but linkus just keeps ringing.

If you miss a call linkus app keeps ringing until your phone goes flat! Something not right.

Also be nice to seen inbound queues etc

Messaging requires a cloud service which is ridiculous when you consider chat functions are a must have in any business - should be a license for on premise solutions.

Chat data needs to be stored locally under GDPR etc.

Apple Watch Issue

The app works well calls come through clearly and interaction between online presence and app are good.

HOWEVER, tested this over a number of days to be sure when the app is installed even though it doesn’t have an apple watch app it’s causing 50% battery drain over night while the app isn’t in use. Verified this over a couple of days by testing with the app installed and recording battery level and then removing app and recording. Results are repeatable with app battery is down to 50% by morning without app battery is at >80% by morning! this is a problem
