Great app!

I really like this app. Takes any registration plate, incl. GB. Only problem is sometime forget to stop it when I return to car - would be good if it sent you more obvious notifications to check if you are still parked.

Dire! Laughable rubbish.

Where to begin!?
It’s an app that embodies unintentional comedy and total incompetence in one.

First of all, nobody at this company speaks English properly... ok fair enough, they’re not native speakers, but the translations are pure “English As She Is Spoke” comedy gold! Why didn’t they hire a single English speaker to help them with the translation?

Second, and perhaps this is needless to say, but it’s a total POS that doesn’t work. Get used to email/password combos simply not working. The app is confused about what country it’s supposed to be in at any given time, so be prepared to have menus presented in French, Dutch, English at a whim.

Third, (and I think this is the worst) if you’re used to apps that just work: the whole process is needlessly bureaucratic and just feels very poorly designed, perhaps by committee. It’s terrible. Nobody with a brain would design a process this bad, and yet somehow, this monstrosity exists. It’s like a work of performance art.

Good luck getting it to work. My advice: find some coins to pay for parking. This company won’t be in business for long. It doesn’t deserve to.

Bad service

In May of this year, I visited Brussels for two days with my family, traveling by car from England. For convenience, I used the Yellowbrick app to pay for parking. Everything seemed fine as I always paid for parking on time.

However, since June, I have been receiving monthly notifications on the second day of each month about an outstanding debt. The first time, the amount was €20, the next month it was €6, and today it is €3.8. I don't understand what these charges are for, as all parking fees were paid through the app.

This situation is causing me concern and frustration because I expected the app to function smoothly and transparently. I have not received any explanations or details regarding these charges, which only adds to my confusion.

I hope this issue will be resolved soon and that I will receive a clear explanation regarding the additional charges. For now, this experience has left a negative impression of the Yellowbrick parking service.
