yesstyle is such a big company with lots of different overseas asian make up AND skincare (and lots of cute clothes too!!) brands, bonus part for me is that they ship to the uk unlike most kbeauty stores which are based and ship within the us! shipping isn’t bad at all either, £4 for anything under £55 and FREE shipping!! my favourite brands (clio, romand, anua heartleaf, some by mi, lilybyred, peripera, cosrx, innisfree and etude are here!!) i love this app so much and it’s features are really easy to understand + there are different language options too! nothing can beat this app as it’s just too good, you can return things too if they are not for you and none of these items sold are scams, all authentic products sold from korea/ china! 🫶

The service was really good at first, with their free delivery option after a certain amount on your order, quick shipping time and quality of products. I started out ordering only k-beauty stuff, and some accessories like earrings. But now, after ordering from there nearly a dozen times, they’re starting to get pretty difficult to work with. Their customer service is really bad, and when I made a complaint about an order not being sent out for 2-3 days when it was supposed to be shipped within 24 hours, they sent me an email back after it was shipped, and told me it was already sent out on April 30 (it wasn’t, that was when I placed the order) when it was actually shipped on May 2. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Then they continued talking about shipping time which is not my concern at all, and they were overall really unhelpful.
They don’t really alert their customers of any holidays and late shipments that could occur because of them, nor do they alert their costumers of items not being in stock after ordered in time. Good products, bad service.

let me start off by saying how much i love this app, it works so well and it’s easy to handle. HOWEVER, one issue is that i ordered a jumper in purple small and it came in blue and big and it was a very off colores blue that wasn’t even in the options! Nevertheless i also bought other things that were great i really recommended buying shoes because they always turn out great! Although i would refrain from buying trousers that don’t have many reviews as the majority of the korean models in the pictures are chosen especially to make the trousers look nice so when the product comes they might not turn out like you want them to (like in the picture).
But really this is a great app and shop, LOVE IT!
