Ratings and Reviews
Connecting to iPhone 11 IOS 13.1.2
My camera photo frame will not connect to my new phone. Keep trying to send sound signals but will not connect. Go back to old iPhone and do it in same way and works each time. Nothing seems to be simple.
Video playback doesn’t work
This app works well for live video playback and motion notifications and is easy to connect with the camera. However, when I try to playback a recorded clip, a black screen appears and eventually just drops back to the list of recordings and then the app isn’t properly responsive. It feels as though the app needs updating for the latest iOS version (or possibly resolution of the latest iPhones). If you’re using this app to work with a camera which records, it’s currently not fit for purpose. I’ve tested on multiple iPhones.
Hard to set up and impossible to use
I really don't understand how this terrible app makes it onto the App Store, and is recommended for kit costing upwards of 100 dollars or more. My two year old could write a better program than tbis, and certainly make it more stable. My experience with this app is as follows:
1. Press app button
2. Watch it hang for a minute until the picture appears
3. Click playback - watch the spinning wheel, see the calendar appeal - watch, wait, watch
Wait NOTING
then a message that it timed out.
What decade is this the 1970s? This app is so bad it must be full of spyware. I'm deleting it before it pollutes my devices
