Emily is a fantastic teacher. I was new to reformer and she provided a perfect tailored introduction. Reformer is by the far the best thing I have done to relieve lower back stiffness after lifting small children. After now doing several classes I am noticing the benefits with strength as well as flexibility. Thank you!
