Today was the first time I’ve used this and couldn’t be more pleased. It was easy to use and even though it said 2 hours delivery time it arrived early with a really helpful delivery man who checked my address and found it quickly. I strongly recommend this service 😊

disappointing
the order takes hours to be delivered and you have to wait with your phone next to you this whole time because they call you once to check and if you didn’t answer from the first call they cancel the order immediately even after you waited for hours and they close the lines all the time you can’t even reach them anymore you can’t call them and you can’t complain even if you made a request to talk to one of them they send a message saying one of us will call you and never call back
They cancel the order if you reply to them a minute late but you have to wait hours for the order and hours to talk to one of them the customer service is so bad
the app used to be good but not anymore that was a very disappointing experience i will never use this app again

I learned about the app through Tabibi, honestly I’m pleasantly surprised by how efficient and easy to use both forums are. I love everything about both services, the pharmacy is fast and efficient and the app is easy to use
