Setting up the fitness band was easy and as far as I can see my steps are being counted correctly. The bp and heart rate works well. The sleep monitor however is not so good. I’ve only had the band 3 days and was interested to see my sleeping pattern. Night one it seemed not to record anything and then after syncing several times it appeared and gave valid results. It then lost all the sleep info so it can’t be tracked over a period of time. Day two and the sleep results were there straight away but again disappeared so can’t be tracked over time. This needs to be addressed as this was the main reason I bought the band. Please inform me if I’m doing something wrong!!

This app nearly caused me to have an aneurysm. It was awful!

On some parts of the app there was no “back” function, so I couldn’t return to the previous page I was on and had to keep restarting the app everytime I wanted to return to the home page or another page.

The watch itself needed updates and when I first initially pressed the update button on the app it said there wasn’t any updates available, or there was no supporting my device which wasn’t true.

After restarting my phone - TWICE - the watch connected to it and began to update... repeatedly. It lasted over 20 minutes, stuck in loop of the app doing the same update on the watch over and over.

In the end I had to delete the app to disconnected it from my phone as it kept trying to reinstall the same update onto the watch and the watch wasn’t functional with this happening.

I returned the watch to ASDA, and will NEVER buy it again. I’m sure the watch would of worked great if the app wasn’t so poorly designed and full of technical flaws.

My phone is the new iPhone 11 so I know there was no issues on my part.

The developers need to seriously fix the massive flaws with this app as the watch isn’t possible to function without it.

After using this for a while, I can safely say it doesn't work properly. It gets stuck on the previous days steps, sometimes it doesn't register the days steps. The app gets stuck and in order to get it working again I have to delete the app and reinstall it. I doesn't open straight away and you have to keep attempting to open a few times before the app opens. You can't turn off the band. Too many faults, it's really frustrating.

After reading so many reviews that said the sleep monitor didn't work, and all the other negative comments, I was genuinely concerned that I'd made a mistake, but I put it straight on when I got it and thought let's just give it a go.

So, using what little knowledge about these things, I completely ignored the manufacturing advice to wear it on my left wrist, because I know that can give a false reading regarding my steps and I put it on my ankle instead, and it worked perfectly, including overnight.

When I woke up it was the first thing I checked and low and behold my sleep had been registered.

THEORY: if you wear it on your wrist it will think you're still awake because we still move our arms around in our sleep, but our legs don't move that much.
