Good but has bugs
I read this on an iPad mini 2. The reading area takes up slightly more than a page so occasionally I’ll find myself having to scroll down 1 cm. At the moment there’s a bug where when I try to download the July 2019 edition, it starts but then the app closes suddenly. Tried it a few times now but it’s not obvious why this is happening. Other than this I would recommend because it’s far cheaper than buying in the shop.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. When reading in portrait mode, if you tap the single/double page mode button in the menu at the top (this is located on the left of the menu bar and looks like a rectangle with a line down the middle), this will resize the page so all content fits on the screen. I am sorry to hear that you have had problems with the July issue, our development team are checking this now to see what may have caused these issues.
Pay but no product
Subscribed via App Store for iPad. Cannot download. Did as instructed and contacted the magazine and have not had a response and have had to chase up. Don’t have what paid for. Poor customer service.

If you have purchased within the app, opening up the subscriptions window and then tapping the 'Restore Subscriptions' link will re-link your purchase to the app and grant you access. If this does not work, please can you forward your purchase confirmation email to us at digitalsubscriptions@archant.co.uk and we will setup a login to grant you access within the app straight away.
