I absolutely love being part of this community of people who all give up a few minutes of any spare time you may have. I find the majority of the surveys interesting and when we are asked specifically questions relating to politics as an example I do believe our polls make a difference. You gov polls are the polls most quoted by television, radio, tabloids and social media. Not all surveys are to help brands get a feel about what joe bloggs from xyz thinks about their products There is a good diverse mix of surveys on interesting topics . And I personally love surveys relating to new sales promotion campaigns on different brands where we get to share on our thoughts about the advertising.I’m pleased and proud to be part of YouGov. What we all think does matter…… and it more importantly gives a snapshot in time of what a % of the general public’s thoughts on various topics. Ranging from should we leave the EU right through to thought on Liz Truss’ disastrous 4 week prime ministerial reign. I often wonder what the Queen would of thought of Liz Truss and the mess made. Bet she didn’t think what it turned out to be. And having made the effort to meet Liz Truss when she was obviously so ill……. She should of stayed in bed!!

I don’t think the questions are always written well. There may be other possible answers. I suspect some are done on behalf of companies or departments who want to get a certain answer so there is sometimes what I’d call” when did you last beat your wife ?” Questions. Some are obviously for commercial companies. And I don’t believe the alleged responses. According to that , most people love being on lockdown.. everyone I speak to is ready to kill to get a beer and a movie ! I enjoy doing them. Please monitor the comments on topics - as many are racist or not relevant. You can’t help wondering if MI5 gets to have a look. If you said something subversive.

Just before i get into this the reviews are all FAKE just so you can get points for leaving a good review. now Downloaded It A Week Ago I Had Lots Of Surveys And I Also Connected My Bank Accounts Using You GovFinance Site And Got 1,500 Points For Adding 3 Accounts (YouGov Finance only works on some browser so had to download a browser app). Anyways Im On 2,220 Points Now After Doing More Surveys, This Week I Had Rarely Any Surveys So I Started Doing Polls (for free) In Hope That I Would Get Some, Usually Around 8pm I Get A Notification Saying Paid Survey Available But When I Click It There Is None. I’m Quite Upset That They Lowered My Survey Count As I Was Soo 3-4 Surveys Away From Getting My £50 😡😡. My Advice Will Be Do The YouGov Finance And Add Your Banking Details, ( you gov finance is online so there is no app) If You Add Everyone Banking In You House Hold You Might Just Get 2k Points And Then You Can Wait another 90 days for another 2k points or do some surveys to get to 5k points. Also I Heard People Get Suspended After Nearly Reaching To The 5k (£50) Mark.

I've been using this app regularly for almost a year (might even be longer) and answered hundreds of surveys. Last week I realised I hadn't been sent any for a couple of weeks. Then one came through but because it was questions about current politics I answered the questions very quickly - it's very easy to just hit the bottom option as it's often 'I don't know'. Now I can't login, the account confirmation email never arrives (yes I have checked spam) and no one from Yougov admin has answered my support request. Google search shows this is common as it's either an automated system, user errors and no one at YouGov man's the admin desk. So, it looks like I have lost out on the first £50 I would have claimed from this app, I wasn't that far off either. Coincidence that my account has been locked? Nice way to get 9 months worth of data out of a user without paying for it... Ummmm. Anyone from YouGov want to sort this out for me?? 😡🤷‍♂️
