Engineers can now place service requests on behalf of customers. Customers will still need to review these quotes in their active requests and agree to the purchase. Fixed a bug with the shopping basket where removing one item removed all quotes. Now removing an item will only remove the items from an associated quote.

Stability improvements and optimisation. Updated job history page to prevent crashes when viewing historical quotes/jobs. Fixed an issue preventing correct location tracking behaviour when engineer is on route to customer.

Stability fix for engineer journey tracking.

Engineers are now being emailed the correct document for their tax records. Fixed a bug with the booking system where the all day choice was saving as a "no choice" option. Fixed a bug with the PAT testing sign off process that takes engineers back to the certificate wizard instead of closing the page.

Updated addresses records system so that even if a user has more addresses than their current plan allows, they can still add / remove free addresses. Fixed a bug with the manual loading system and added a loading wheel to indicate that the app hasn't frozen whilst downloading large documents. Made all document list pages display a message for when there are no documents to display.

Fixed a bug with the additional properties selection. Address entry system is now more flexible when assessing entered addresses for similar records. Now less likely to throw a false positive. Extended the functionality of the service booking system. Customers can now specify whether they would prefer a visit in the morning, afternoon, or any time.

PAT testing certificate wizard implemented fully for engineers carrying out these inspections. Users are able to subscribe for additional properties within the app again. When their subscription ends or if they have a plan for less than their current active number of addresses, users are now alerted to upgrade to continue using these records. Re-subscribing allows use of these properties again.

Added PAT Testing Certificate generation wizard for engineers.

Updated request sorting to remove grouping of requests by basket reference. Multiple service requests purchased in the same order now appear as separate items to enable the choice of different visit dates and engineers per service request. Engineer profit total now only sums total job profit for jobs completed. Updated theme style to ensure that colouring for icons and text contrast the background colours they appear over. Disabled preferred engineer input option when the person viewing the request record is not the person who created it.

Added the ability to request a preferred engineer for a service request under Active Requests -> Request -> Job. Users will need to provide the email address of their preferred engineer. This reserves the job for that engineer. After two days, if this engineer does not respond to the service request, the reservation is cleared, and the job will be visible to all engineers. Note: If desired, this should be done before dates are chosen for the service request. Added the ability to view appliance specific manuals for boilers. These can be viewed from within the appliance record in the "My Home" section of the app under the Appliances tab. Note: Users will need to provide the GC Number of their boilers in order to view the manuals for this appliance. Fixed a bug where multiple users can register as owning the same property. The system will now check entered address details to see if that property is clear. Note: Some users may encounter a problem if their property is a sub division in an apartment complex. Please contact helpdesk@yourepichome.co.uk for assistance. Temporarily disabled additional property subscription service. Users can still register up to two properties to their account. If additional properties are required, please contact helpdesk@yourepichome.co.uk. Fixed a bug with the properties system that prevents users from being able to transfer properties if they have registered 2 or more addresses.

Formatting of EICR report updated to show items better on the pages. EICR engineer reporting wizard now includes additional drop down boxes for commonly used terms to help speed up data entry. Some minor visual tweaks to report wizard to highlight text entry areas.

Expanded range of engineer qualifications checking. Added additional data field : GC Number to home appliances for boilers. Expanded functionality of customer service request to include the use of small images as selections for service related questions.

Added titles to the pages for each section of the electrical certificates for engineers. Minor fix to purchasing process for new customers if they haven't already added a payment method.

Added invoice number and engineer certificate registration number to electrical service certificates. Disabled job certificate button for engineers until they have confirmed as arrived at location. Bug fixes on history page to prevent crashing when toggling between requests and jobs.

Fixed an issue where EICR schedule of items wasn't saving to the report. Removed redundant certificate categories from the "Files" section in the "My Home" page. Domestic Electrical Installation Certificate category category changed. This was previously loading these certificates into the EICR folder in the "Files" section in the "My Home" page. These will now appear in consumer electrical reports.

Removed ASAP option for new job requests when selecting dates. Customers should now select the earliest day they want an engineer to visit.

Fixed the certificate wizard for domestic electrical installation reports. Engineers can now save and load their progress. Fixed domestic electrical installation report uploading.

Updated das safety certificates for both boiler installation and gas inspection. Checked labour id codes for job quotes. Fixed issue with basket items not deleting.

Changed the Boiler installation engineering certificates page to include the gas safety certificate. Basket functionality modified to show expanded list of items from quotes.
