Super Yoga App
As a Yoga instructor & forever student of Yoga I love using the app to experience a range of teaching styles and practices, when it suits me. High quality of film and sound in a fabulous variety of settings. I am undertaking my 300 hour training with Your Yoga Flow as their style and ethos are amazing. There is something on the app for all levels and the ability to save classes or series is helpful when I wanted to return to a class swiftly that particularly resonated with me. Great practical app
Amazingly, they have an app for these videos. I registered with their yoga course recently and I am thrilled about it. Having an app, it supports me doing yoga anywhere I am, I don’t have to carry my laptop everywhere, and I can connect the videos with a tv screen as well. It is a reasonable subscription.
Great variety.
There’s a lesson for everyone. Love the flows and the chance to try out different styles of yoga that I haven’t done before. The master classes covering certain asanas are a fantastic way to learn the pose in greater depth and to ensure you’re doing the pose in a correct and safe manner.
