Godsend, really helpful and reassuring. Great idea!

This has been a godsend for me during a period of poor health and anxiety. Someone to seek medical advice and reassurance from 24/7 and during the night is amazing. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been understanding and helpful and is such a good idea as there is no doctors available really in the night except for in a&e, which you have to wait hours for and is unnecessary if it isn’t an emergency but you still need to speak to a doctor. Even during the day you can’t just speak to a doctor. So this, being able to speak to someone in a few minutes is incredible. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou for this wonderful app

Really great service

I’ve used it twice and both times the doctors have been really helpful and it’s helped me with my issue. Today I was in contact with Dr Nida Zubair and she was really friendly and efficient and I think gave me the correct course of action. I highly recommend this app because it’s so convenient to use and you don’t have to leave your home to get medical advice from a qualified physician.

Great idea, poor execution

Basically I’m quite happy with the service, the doctors are quite professional and answers any questions you have.

Except for one time where I was logged in, trying to ask a follow up question and all I got from the doctor was being banned from using the service due to repeating the same question. I made it absolutely clear in the beginning of the conversation that I talked to one of their doctors before and I just wanted to ask one more question regarding the problem I was having! The most annoying thing is that I wasn’t even being notified that I was banned! I only found that out when I couldn’t send any messages to the doctor I was connected to and I couldn’t reconnect to another available doctor! I don’t appreciate this sort of attitude at all since as a patient I was only trying to understand more about the problem I was having and ask something which I forgot to ask in the previous conversation! Please fix this!

***Update***
I was advised to send an email to their support centre to lift the ban from using the service, but it has now been 5 working days and I still haven’t received any reply from them yet. I paid for a monthly subscription so at this rate I’ll be loosing a whole moth of subscription fee to them! Total rip off!

We apologize for the way you feel. Our platform is a high traffic service, therefore to ensure the best quality for all our users our Doctors have the right to ban any user who they feel may be spamming or abusing the service in any way.

After submitting a request to unban our service, our doctor panel carefully reviews your case, and if they decide to restore access to your account, you will be contacted.

After looking over your case, our doctor panel has decided to keep the ban on your account. You signed up through many different aliases, with different age groups, and engaged our doctors repeatedly with the same question in a spam-like manner to our platform, taking time away from other users who have genuine medical needs, hence your account was banned. We take such matters very seriously with the aim to provide high-quality services to our users.

If you would like to appeal this decision, please submit a request to support@yourdoctors.online with the email id of your account that was banned, and with reasons to remove the ban.
