Well done, but room for improvement

Thanks for your services. Please, do well to improve on the health of your bus seats. Some of your seats are slant, chocks. Also, it would please us if you could either install phone charging ports in your buses. We at EMA3 have not experienced any. Regards.

Irresponsible and badly managed. Shocking

It’s unbelievably badly managed and not worth the risk and hassle. They have left my son unattended at 9 pm after training in freezing cold weather and I had to get out of my job to go and get my son home. Another time didn’t show up at 5pm to take him to training and I had to get uber to take him to training which he was late for training. They are not bothered and they don’t care about it. When you call them they don’t even know what is going on or where the driver is even it has a GPS to track him.

I was looking for a way to travel from London to Silverstone. Train+Bus, oficial coach, rental car. Everithing around £90 return for me and my wife. Zeelo was £64, aircon, confy coach, and all the staff incredibly friendly. Next time for a festival, silverstone or anything else consider these guys.

Hello. I have bought a travel pass from Zeelo and it says that with the pass, you can change the direction *at any time*. However, as soon as you delete a journey, it no longer lets you change the direction or reinstate it. It is completely inflexible. The rest works okay though. 3 star

- Improved the tracking experience to be more in line with the web experience, including improved visual indicators for alerts and general UI enhancements. - Added some general stability and bug fix improvement.
