So relaxing
UPDATED - Since I first wrote my review I have found that I am totally addicted to Zen Colour. I must complete at least 15-20 pictures a day. I love the mystery ones. They look so pretty compared to the other pictures that have lines. I would like to see some really bright colours.
I love this. It is so relaxing and gives me the opportunity to switch off which is a must with me and my head. It also helps my anxiety. Two negatives 1: the ads which forced my hand to purchase it in full but it helps me so I don’t mind. Therapy costs a lot more 😜 and 2: I think the shading (in order to find what to colour) could be better as 9/10 whatever of the 3 options you choose…they blend in so it makes it harder to find some areas which is quite frustrating
Color Zen is magical
This game would be a 5/5 stars if there were minor tweaks made. The pictures are mostly great and many would look lovely framed and on a wall. The colours are lovely on most pictures but sometimes can be inaccurate for the drawing particularly food items. It could be argued that ‘lighting’ within the picture has affected the colour but in some cases this is untrue. I have never in my life seen a pink blueberry before, perhaps other people have? The music is relaxing but could do with one or two more tracks. I particularly liked a trickling sound one that was playing when I coloured a zen garden picture. Finally, I would prefer a more diverse range of skin tone colours. The people in the pictures are predominantly white. Some diversity would surely be welcomed. Before anyone complains about this comment, I’d like to clarify that I am white British/Scottish. Just thought that with a name like Color Zen there’s be more Asian looking people depicted at the very least. All in all a gorgeous game and I’m unlikely to stop playing any time soon. Keep up the good work and don’t let my criticism upset you too much I’m only one opinion in a trillion. X
My go to chill zone
Love this free app, it calms me when I get anxious, it relaxes me when I get worried.. Beautiful colours, vibrant, detailed, and some pictures are a lot more difficult to complete than others, so it can be gently challenging. Lots of subject choice plus more added daily.. Few ads, but not overly bombarded like with some games.. Like the mystery pics, but they take a little longer to complete as they are even more detailed, I am enjoying the added special pics too, they resemble water colours, so pretty.. I’ve never rated a game before so this has certainly grabbed my attention.. I’m enjoying it, and I’d happily recommend it if you’re seeking something to relax and chill you out for a while.. Thank you 🙏🏼 ☺️
