I have had the Zilch app for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. I find the app itself very easy to use and to navigate around. I like that I can see my spending limit, my current balance and my upcoming payments etc all at a simple glance. I like to shop online and Zilch has a huge range of stores and websites to choose from. Having the option to use Zilch to pay for your purchase in full or to spread the cost over 6 weeks is a very handy resource. I think it helps you to manage your spending better and you as the customer are always in control of your budget and of course what you choose to spend and purchase. I have found the Zilch customer services to be amazing too, if you ever need any help with a purchase or your account they are always on hand to assist. Excellent app and great concept too to help spread the cost of your purchases if you so choose to, thank you Zilch!

I’ve been with zilch for years and I love it, it’s really helpful throughout the month. I do have one suggestion I think could make it better. I think you should have an option for pay in 6 so that the individual payments are lower. This would really help with bigger purchases bearing in mind you could potentially buy something for £2000 but in 4 payments it would be a lot even if you spread it over 3 months. You should do a pay in 6 option for the both so you would have pay in 6 normal payments or pay over 6 months for lager purchases. I think people would still pay in 4 on a lot of things but it would really help to have an option to lower the payments sometimes.Just my thoughts on it but again it’s not a complaint just a suggestion

Zilch has been incredible My limit started at £480. Then increase the 500 in just one day. and now it's gone up to £537 because I've been making an early payment I really appreciate that Zilch recognises and rewards responsible spending As someone with mobility issues who relies on online shopping Zilch has made life so much easier I do most of my shopping through delivery H&M Argos boots JD Wowcher, you name it. And Zilch gives me the flexibility. And freedom to manage. My spending. Responsibly like other pay later Services. Zilch doesn't create pressure. it helps you stay in control and build trust. I'm genuinely grateful for the support. And the increases. They've given me. Highly recommend Zilch._Charmen

Been using zilch for over 2 years now & for me there’s no better credit facility, so easy to manage, make repayments, snooze payments when it’s a hard month, it’s the only credit option that’s stress free as you always feel in control of your spending because they make it so easy to track your spending that you always know were you stand, the app is incredible it’s so well laid out that any one of any age would have ease using it which is rare compared to other credit options. No late fees easy to use, great support staff yea it’s second to none zilch all the way!
