Keep crashing...

Good morning! I love the app but after last IOS update 14.2 it crashes a lot. It looks like working but when wanna use the app it crashes and closes. Please help to fix it. Thank you.
It stopped working absolutely. Can’t register the account. Please do something...

Good when works.

Needed more than 10 emails to squeeze from the support range of IP addresses used for PUSH to give it access to the VoIP server, despite giving them all necessary details on the beginning. In the middle time cancelled all subscriptions, in particular the 1 year subscription for PUSH and got refund. When PUSH notifications eventually worked got cautiously a month subscription. Notifications stopped working after a couple of days. I have impression that customer support is sluggish, and communication with a customer is not really that great. They seem to have problem with gathering whether there is a running subscription actually. Cancelled the remaining subscription and deleted the app.

Poor audio quality - really struggle to hear anything

Zipper used to be a really good app. I’ve used it for ages, but just recently, the call quality has been really poor in terms of the volume. Even on maximum volume it is hard to hear above background noises.

I know it’s not my hearing as I’ve had a hearing test for my job as a sound engineer recently as part of getting my custom ear protection sorted and my ears are a lot younger than I and have no issues.

The only way I was able to get the volume louder is to disable the echo reduction, but then it just echoes out and sounds horrendous so it’s still not useable.

I would say that I’m going to have to find a different solution now, which is a shame as Zoiper have always been spot on with their features and software to date, and I don’t have time to wait for the developers to sort it. Even with the latest update it is still just as bad.

I’m on the iPhone XS, so could be related to that model of phone, but for now, I’m after recommendations for decent SIP clients.
