Your app is very good thankyou. It is easy to navigate and has plenty of stimulating content. I love sifting through it pretty much daily and have viewed some great potential properties to view. I have saved many also as i am pondering literally to select the best ones to view when i return to London out of my many saves but for some reason the ones i try to save now do not add to my saved listings and the only way i can view them again is to scroll through the search pages and view them that way so i just presumed that you might be having technical issues with the website but it has been happening for more than one month now but other than that your site is very good but i hope i can return to saving preferred properties which i can return to easily whilst deciding which ones i need to view to be 100% sure before i go ahead with lots of viewings. Thankyou, Peter M. Loc Singapore.
Easy to use + looks nice

I’ve used most property apps and I’ve always found that Zoopla is always the most modern and the largest choice of properties. It’s easy to use, the design is clean and not overloaded. I particularly like the search and filters compared to Rightmove’s app which you can’t put in finer details like “Victorian” or “wooden floors” or “high ceilings” which I find really helpful! It’s also nice that you can quickly swipe through the photos on the search results without clicking into the property listing for more details.I did have a bug with the heart though? If I favourite it while I’m in the property listing, the heart filled/looks selected. But then when I go into the results view again the heart isn’t filled? Also I hope that they do more to the saved listings area. I’d find folders or groups really handy! So I could group all the listenings I like for 1 area together for example. Just an idea :)
an irrelevant reference for the property Market

Well in the past few weeks this app has devalued my house by £88k which is complete nonsense. I contact Zoopla support and I get fobbed off by them trying explain it’s a new app formula the average value model (AVM) used by 85% of mortgage lenders. You create an app offer owners with the option of updating to reflect improvements made, the house value is altered accordingly and then adjusted inline with sold prices in the area, seems sensible, but then, change it to bear no reflection to the actual value of the property. There are some many negative reviews of this app now, it should be taken down completely. It currently misrepresents house values so badly it does more harm than good. An absolute joke but not for the poor home owners trying to sell their properties
Still good, just not as good as before
Eloquently Emma
I have to say that I preferred the previous version. It’s mostly just due to a few minor issues, but they do make the app less enjoyable to use. In fact, it feels more like the lazy-ish port of a website rather than a specially written app. As a result, usability suffers: however, the content is still good so I guess that I will have to put up with the problems:-(Firstly, all I use are the search results. Previously I was able to view the results by just opening the app. Now I have to open the app and click on the search link and refresh the search. It’s only a couple of clicks but it’s still more annoying than than before.Secondly, the Call and Email buttons on the results detail pages are too prominent for a phone screen. I am always concerned that I will click on them accidentally and will start a call about a property that I am not interested in. As a result, I have to concentrate more and take longer navigating the page which is annoying when I want to just have a quick look.Thirdly, I have found that when I click on an image, I am not able to rotate the screen and view the image in landscape mode to see a larger image. However, I am also still able to use the two-finger reverse pinch to zoom in on the image to see more detail which is good but still not as convenient for smaller images.
Developer Response
Hi Emma - thanks for your review. We've had lots of feedback about being able to rotate photos to landscape mode, and we hope to enable this in an upcoming release.
We've been busy fixing the cracks in the walls and reinforcing the foundations to keep things running smoothly. And... your most-requested renovation is in the works. Let's just say it's for those of you who don't like having the 'big light' on.
