Terrible haven’t been able to access my savings for 3 days !!
My so called instant access savings I haven’t been able to access for 3 days !! Not even able to log into the app due to ‘technical issues’ which has been down for 3 days. SHOCKING FOR AN APP ONLY bank holding all your money!!!!
The customer service team don’t even get back to you either on their online chat nor answer the phone!
Hence this review :( really dissapointing and hope this helps someone else considering going with this bank! Luring you in with high savings rates and then taking your money and not allowing access or contact ! Theft!!!
Used to be great.
I have great all the way through on my borrowing power, excellent credit scoring, borrowed and settled before with Zopa, with no missed payments, in the same job, but now on even more money than before, but offered very poor rates. Due to Covid borrowers are now now being offered pretty bad deals to protect investors, as customer services pointed out. I’m a key worker, I’m lucky to have my job I know, but I picked this career as it was safe. Rather than take the money in the good times, broke in the bad! I don’t see why I should pay much higher rates to cover now broke investors? I will be going with NEYBER for new transport, my companies loan partner at much much better rates. Or direct with the car manufacturer. Even my bank offered me better rates than Zopa! Used to be great, and fair, not so when you have to cover investors investments. The borrowing power goal posts have been adjusted, as I have all five power ratings as great on my overview, so great all the way through, with excellent credit, credit cards paid off each month, key worker secure job, but still only being offered good 8/10 loan rates! Even my credit card is a lower rate, offering more money! Updated all year and still only offering good rates instead of great rates! Ok if you are desperate I guess?
Great product concept but lacks obvious features
1 star for the product, -4 stars for the lack of obvious flaws in this app….. Pros: love the idea of pots and how they earn interest at different rates Cons: unable to setup a standing order direct from an external account to one of the pots. Transfers have to be done manually! Unable to automate transfer of funds from primary savings account to any of the pots/accounts held. A bit of a design flaw! Unable to delete linked account(s). Helpdesk cannot do this either! Not sure why you would have a Helpdesk if they cannot help you with the product!? I’m now wondering whether i should close my account or put up with it for a few months to see if there’s any credible improvement in this app. Come on Zopa help me out here?! Why should a bank transfer take up to 2 hours to transfer funds when other banks are able to do this immediately ???
Also contacted the chat bot to contact the developer but no way of doing this and nobody responds to the chat bot!
So much for the customer service experience!
