Dose not play back failed at 20% thens on same network as box..(here a sound out side and you want to check it out forget it)also when the camera first arrived It was password protected, no default set !!!..... help was crap (none), google and a firmware update to remove password, easy no (3days of hunting) no wonder they don’t tell you the the thats it biggest flaw will remove the password....over all really bad all round

Noticed a lot of people encountering this problem. When adding a device you need to select how many channels it has otherwise only the first camera gets a feed and the rest say ‘not connected’. It is not possible to change this setting once added so you must delete the device and re-add it to work.
When it works it is brilliant. Good quality and great features.

App is good, but it is quite basic and there’s definitely scope for improvement.

However, I’m finding it difficult to find a single event in the recordings. I have to pull the ‘time bar’ from side to side for a while until I find the event I’m looking for.

Is there a way to view the footage at an increased speed, rather than guessing a time and searching back and forth for it, or also rather than just having to sit and watch for a long time for the event if I have no idea what time it happened?

If this isn’t a feature that I’ve just missed, I think this would be a huge improvement for the app.
