Was working fine but cannot see pictures taken by alerts

Well functioning app so far.
The pictures/snapshots are listed but no images are showing. Just the default grey placeholder is shown since a few weeks. Maybe the last update messed it up. Hoping for a fix asap.
Would also benefit from being able to go to the right camera from login screen instead of sliding through them 1 by 1.

Suddenly loosing faith

Had this app for a couple of years now along with the zmodo cams they have worked fine until the last app upgrade they made back in April 2018 now the app just closes when I open it and select a camera .. messaged a guy called frank but and he took my details etc said it was a fault on there side and said there working on it .. haven't heard anything since ... pull your finger out guys and sort this out .

Great device but very bad technical support team working on chancing and updating the app

Everything is great about the cam but they need to start working on the updating the app so that people can see better result out of it. Planning to buy 1-2 more but with app not working properly it puts me off to buy more devices.

P.s. Guys download MeShare app it works much better and in HD also you would be able to see all pictures as loop time.
