Great customer support
I was hoping to use a Zwing scooter to travel home at 3am as there were no buses at that time, however I could not verify my id through the app due to having an old phone (kept crashing). I called the customer service number (not expecting a response as it was 3am) and they were able to manually verify me over text out of hours. Apologies to the representative who I most likely woke up with my phone call but thank you for the excellent customer service! 😁
Front break
I went on a ride this morning and found the front break lumpy and uneven but unfortunately it started to drizzle with rain as I slowed i was using both front and back brakes but where the front brakes kept grabbing now and then the front wheel slipped luckily I wasn’t going very fast but I still ended up bumping my knee I can’t completely blame the brakes as I say it had started to drizzle with rain which made the roads a little slick although it was my first time using zwing scooters I do own one myself but stopped using it a had a few warnings from the police about it being illegal to use on the public Paths and highways so after being stopped again a few days ago I decided to do it the legal way and hire one. The ride and speed was very good tbf just shame about the drizzle which most probably didn’t help
Great software and wonderful service
We’ve been using Blue Zoom for over 3 months now and they’ve never let us down. The friendly team answered our queries within hours and the mobile app has proven very well-designed and user-friendly. I hope that they keep up the great customer service as they grow into a bigger company!
