There are times when we all get unceremoniously dragged back into the past. Fortunately, thanks to apps like SignEasy, those instances of analogue insistence are becoming increasingly few and far between.
Instead of having to print out and physically sign certain documents – a slow process that will inevitably have you hunting for printer paper – SignEasy lets you receive, sign and send documents directly from your iPhone and iPad.
A full-screen window lets you get your signature down with ease, and once you’ve scribbled your John Hancock you can position it wherever necessary on the document, dragging to resize it to perfectly fit within the form’s confines.
It’s not just your signature that you can add to these documents either. Covering all your form-filling bases, SignEasy lets you add text boxes to fill out all required fields and add checkboxes or images where necessary.
Adding to your increased efficiency, the app will notify you as soon as your sent documents have been signed by their intended recipients and whenever your squiggle has been requested.
That analogue past is another welcome step further away.
