Meditation can help you find your centre and be more mindful. Yet despite being a deeply personal pursuit, it’s often most effective when guided by others.

That’s why Meditation Studio offers a library of meditations led by experts and designed to address all types of goals: improved sleep, greater self-awareness and stress relief.

The app’s sessions can be as short as five minutes or more than half an hour. To get started, choose your meditation in one of three ways: browse Collections to see categories like Be Healthy, Be Kind and Be Curious.

Peruse the app’s staff of nearly 50 teachers, or sign up for a longer-term course – a series of sessions with titles like Meditation Essentials, Uncovering Happiness and Mindful Work.

The app offers calming meditations – and a calming minimalist design.

These options are great for a broad audience, but Meditation Studio also gets specific. There are specialised meditations for mums, teens, emergency services staff, entrepreneurs and veterans.

If you want to expand the practice to your kids – or are a teacher looking to calm your classroom – the app offers options for children, including a series designed specifically for bedtime.

When you’ve discovered meditations or guides you like, download your favourites to your personal Studio or string them together in a Playlist. Grant Meditation Studio access to your Calendar and it’ll even schedule sessions for you – leaving one less thing for you to be mindful about.
