Figuring out where you want to live can be exhausting, but thankfully Zoopla can smooth out the process. The app uses your device’s GPS to surface properties to buy (or rent) near you.
You can find what the average price is in an area, and see how it’s changed over a given period. That includes the estimated value of your own home.
The property search tool will be where you spend most of your time, though. Fancy an apartment in Aberystwyth? A bungalow in Barnsley? Plug in the relevant details, including keywords like “wooden floors” or “garden”.
Or look for properties within a specified radius of your current location. Yep, you’ll discover which places are for sale or available to rent near you as you drive around your favourite neighbourhood.
It also displays photos and stats about the area including council tax charges, local demographics, schools and railway stations. You can save your search, and opt to receive push notifications and emails.
