Eating right will make you feel right – but how to find the time? Outsource your inspiration and organisation to Meals – Healthy Meal Planner, a comprehensive diet plan and recipes app, and you’ll soon be enjoying tasty, healthy and uncomplicated food.

It’s personalised: to start, take the quiz to find the best meal plan for you. Indicate your diet preference – are you vegan, a carnivore, vegetarian, pescatarian or gluten-free? Do you prefer lots of carbs, protein or fat? How active are you? And do you have any allergies?

Meals can help you plan your daily diet better.

Then the algorithm will do its best and you’ll be presented with a plan, and a plethora of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options to enjoy.

Scroll through your selection and tap on a meal to get a simple, step-by-step recipe card, complete with a vibrant picture. You’ll get a serving size, preparation time and any tags (like ‘contains nuts’, or ‘gluten-free’), as well as full nutritional information, on the protein, carbohydrate and fat content of the meal, and a percentage health score for the recipes.

The app offers up information about other diet types, to help you out.
