Familiar faces
Diablo Immortal is set between the events of Diablo II and Diablo III. The protective Worldstone has been shattered, catching the attention of Skarn, Herald of Terror. His goal: to lead his army across the land, using Worldstone shards to resurrect the nightmarish demon lord Diablo.
That’s where you come in. Six character classes are available at launch, each with unique powers and abilities. Exterminate giant spiders with the Barbarian’s hard-hitting Whirlwind, or zap skeletons as a lightning-wielding Wizard. Crusader, Monk, Demon Hunter, Necromancer – the gang’s all here, and each plays a crucial role.
Mobile-friendly features
Diablo Immortal has been built from the ground up for iPhone and iPad. Simply tap and swipe to fire off skill-based moves such as the Monk’s Flying Kick, or strategically place area-of-effect attacks. That gang of gargoyles doesn’t stand a chance against the Demon Hunter’s arrow-filled Rain of Vengeance.
Built-in voice chat and the ability to record and send voice memos make teaming up and taking down burly raid bosses a snap. Prefer to play with a controller? Connect a gamepad and off you go. Diablo Immortal also supports crossplay with the PC version, so you can switch platforms seamlessly. Hell’s never far away.
Multiplayer mayhem
While you can certainly go solo, it may not be wise to tackle the fiercest dungeons without a little backup. Cooperative play lets you take down epic bosses, such as Diablo’s brutal brother Baal, and score the game’s finest loot together.
Anxious to test your mettle against other heroes? Take part in a PvP faction-based war dubbed the Cycle of Strife, which includes intense Vault raids and wild 8v8 showdowns. Win and you won’t just rocket up the leaderboards – you’ll reap sweet rewards and, of course, bragging rights.

Upgrade away
Apprehensive about swapping gear? Don’t be! You can painlessly transfer upgrades to new weapons and armour. Reuse and recycle!
Track down bounties
Once you reach Westmarch (around level 20), Diablo Immortal opens up considerably. You’ll gain access to loads of new activities, including Bounties. Located on the Bounty Board in Westmarch’s Palace Courtyard, these optional missions are a fast, efficient way to level up early.
Control your controls
Diablo Immortal’s touch controls can be customised in a variety of ways. Don’t like tapping to collect loot? Activate “auto-pickup”. Want to adjust the sensitivity of skill aiming? Tweak away! Hop into the settings and role-play your way.
