Meet the creator: Griply was created by a small team of four, Amber, Ruud, Rick and Tim, to help and inspire as many people as possible to chase their dreams, set goals and reach their full potential. Griply advises goal procrastinators to start by setting one goal that you can realistically achieve in the next three months. Don’t feel you have to start with the biggest aim; the goal is to develop the habit of setting and achieving your aims.
