The goal of meditation app Happy Not Perfect is right there in its title: to help you establish a meditation ritual through bite-size steps that bring you as close as a real human can get to actual bliss.

To do so, Happy Not Perfect opens to a home screen that offers two choices: a very short audio clip called Your Daily Dose, or a Happiness Workout – a seven-step process that moves surprisingly fast.

This meditation app promotes manageable goals.
With the Letting Go feature, you can write your worries on paper – and then set it ablaze.

One of the app’s most novel features is Letting Go, which opens to a blank sheet of paper where you can write something that’s holding you down – then set it on fire (virtually, of course) and watch it turn to ash.

You can also send pick-me-ups to other users in the form of little notes called Vibes. And the app is integrated with Apple Health, so you can track your Mindful Minutes.
