All you need is seven minutes a day and 7Mind Meditation can help you silence those negative voices, boost self-esteem and help you cope with everyday life.

7Mind offers more than 150 guided meditations on a range of important themes: self-love and acceptance, body positivity and relationships, confidence and anxiety, happiness, sleep and many more.

If you’d rather not think about anything at all, there are unguided sessions too.

7Mind can help with a multitude of mindfulness goals.

Meditations are organised into Singles – one-off meditations on specific subjects or for specific events – and Courses.

Courses contain seven days of seven-minute meditations on subjects within that theme, so for example the Happiness course includes gratitude, joy, past/present/future, handling negativity, self-love, love for others and altruism.

The themed meditations are designed to help you shut out the outside world and focus on the positive affirmations, which makes them a particularly good way to start the day.
